1. Warranty, Loyalty, and Service Policies

1.1 30-Day Return Policy
All purchases are subject to a thirty (30) day return window from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted in accordance with the conditions set forth herein. Returns based on buyer’s remorse, accidental purchase, improper fitment, or change of preference are expressly excluded.

1.2 One (1) Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Minuteman Mods warrants, for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, that the following components shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal use: hands, bezel inserts, and automatic (non-battery) movements.
If a covered defect occurs within this period, Minuteman Mods will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no cost to the customer, including standard shipping.

1.3 Five (5) Year Repair Policy
For a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, Minuteman Mods offers repair services for damage not covered under warranty at a discounted labor rate of twenty percent (25%) off standard labor charges. Customer shall be responsible for all parts, shipping, and insurance costs.

1.4 Five (5) Year Modification/Upgrade Policy
For a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, customers may request modifications or upgrades to their timepiece. Labor for such services will be provided at fifty percent (50%) of the standard rate. Customer shall be responsible for all parts and shipping costs.

1.5 Water Resistance Disclaimer
While certain timepieces may undergo pressure (water resistance) testing, Minuteman Mods expressly disclaims all liability for water damage. Proper use of screw-down crowns and general water resistance maintenance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

1.6 Customer Loyalty Benefits
Customers who subscribe to communications or complete purchases may receive promotional offers or discounts at the sole discretion of Minuteman Mods. Such offers are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

1.7 Return Condition Requirements
Any approved return must be received in original condition, free from scratches, wear, alterations, or any cosmetic or physical damage.

1.8 Non-Refundable Fees
All returns are subject to deduction of non-refundable fees, including but not limited to payment processing fees (3% of gross transaction), shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

1.9 Inspection and Refund Processing
Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Minuteman Mods. Approval is at the sole discretion of Minuteman Mods.

2. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Security

Minuteman Mods reserves the right to review, verify, and, if necessary, delay or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. This includes, but is not limited to, discrepancies in billing/shipping information, suspicious payment accounts, or unverifiable identity information.

Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Minuteman Mods reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, and/or report suspected fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities. Minuteman Mods will cooperate fully with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and may pursue all available legal remedies, including prosecution, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademark Disclaimer

Minuteman Mods is the original assembler and seller of its custom timepieces. All components used are represented as legally obtained for resale or modification.

Minuteman Mods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko, Omega, Citizen, Tudor, Rolex, or any other brand that its products may resemble.

All products are intended as original custom builds. Any resemblance to existing designs is coincidental and not intended to replicate or infringe upon any protected designs, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Minuteman Mods does not manufacture branded components (e.g., dials bearing third-party marks) and assumes no liability for intellectual property violations arising from third-party suppliers. All such suppliers are presumed to have lawful authorization to produce and distribute such components.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via PayPal or supported payment methods processed through PayPal (including major credit cards).

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Applicable sales tax will be charged where required by law.

Customers requesting combined shipping must contact Minuteman Mods prior to completing payment.

5. Returns and Customer Satisfaction

Minuteman Mods makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe and depict all products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and images prior to purchase.

Except as expressly provided in Section 1, returns and refunds are not guaranteed.

Minuteman Mods shall not be liable for damage occurring after delivery, including but not limited to misuse, improper handling, or water damage.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Scope
Shipping is currently limited to the continental United States unless otherwise agreed in writing. International orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

6.2 Production Time
All timepieces are custom-made to order. Estimated production and shipping time is four (4) to six (6) weeks unless otherwise stated. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

6.3 Carrier Liability
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and a valid tracking number has been issued, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Minuteman Mods is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

6.4 Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available upon request at the customer’s expense.

6.5 Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any additional costs, including duties, taxes, or import fees.

6.6 Delays
Shipping timelines may be affected by external factors beyond the control of Minuteman Mods, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or national emergencies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minuteman Mods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use its products or services.

Total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Minuteman Mods operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms

Minuteman Mods reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
